The Sieve Shaker has been specifically developed to function with heavy samples without loss of performance. The sieve shaker equipped with a dynamic power supply that guarantees the sieves and sample receive the proper vibration for rapid, accurate, and reproducible tests. The vertical movement is fixed to ensure the sample spends the most time on the sieve surface. The unique vibratory movement also helps to maintain the apertures clear and free of binding.

The unit has a triple Vertical-Lateral-Rotary vibrating motion this sieve shaker pushes the material over the sieve, resulting in faster and more effective sieving. The rapid vertical movements also assist protect the apertures from blinding. The sieve shaker is suited for both laboratory and on-site application. It is durable, compact, and lightweight enough to be portable.

The sieve column is supported at the top by a rubber pad with a spherical seat and rotates eccentrically at the bottom, ensuring that the sample is shaken uniformly across the whole sieve surface.

During each revolution, a simple mechanical mechanism imparts impacts at the foot of the sieve column, causing the sample to move across the sieve surface for a highly efficient sifting action. The front panel houses the primary switch, an emergency stop button, and a timer.

The sieve shaker accepts sieves with diameters of 8" dia (200 mm) and 12" dia (300 mm). This low-cost sieve shaker is powered by an electric motor and can handle up to 14 Sieves Ø 200 mm or 10 Sieves Ø 300 mm, including the pan and lid.
