1500kN Digital Compressıon Testıng Machines are manufactured for compression testing of cubes and cylinders by taking into account user requests for general purposes. Larger size specimens are intended to be tested for compressive strength using the model items.
The digital compression testing equipment allow even untrained operators to execute the tests. The only steps needed after turning on the machine and positioning the specimen with the aid of the bottom bearing block's concentric centering line or lines are as follows:
- Configuring test settings, such as pace rate (necessary only in cases where specimen type is modified).
- Press the START button on the control panel.
- The quick approach is initiated automatically by the machine; it ends when the specimen contacts the upper platen. The operator selects the loading pace rate, and the machine stops loading when the specimen fails.
- Saves test settings and results automatically.
- Pedestals that are made of steel to facilitate the user’s placement of specimens in the frames for compression test should be ordered separately.
Features of 1500kn compression machine
- Control of the pace rate between 1 and 25 kN
- Load Accuracy Class 1 according to EN 12390-4 and E74, commencing at 5% of the machine's capacity. Automatic testing using closed-loop control.
- Utilizing a pressure transducer for load measurement and a dual-stage hydraulic pump for quick approach
- A single functioning piston is welded into a steel walled frame, and the piston automatically returns at the conclusion of the test.

For compression and specifically flexural testing, extra second testing frame should be ordered separately.
In this instance, the machines use an extra selector valve and test channel selection to offer closed-loop PID control and load control of two independent testing frames using an automated test method.
