Jolting Apparatus are used to compress cement mortar prisms 40x40x160 mm in a three-gang mould. The equipment comprises of a table that holds the mould and is supported by a revolving cam that turns at 60 revolutions per minute. The bayonet joints that link the jolting group to the table allow for fast weight checks. The drop height (15,0 mm) is adjustable to ensure that it remains proper even after intense use.

The jolting apparatus is equipped with a separate control panel that includes a primary switch, an automated digital drop counter, and a start/stop push button. The Jolting Apparatus is developed for the typical compaction of cement mortar and other binding material in moulds.

The Jolting Apparatus consists of a mould table fixed on a revolving cam that rotates at 60 revolutions per minute. The Jolting Table is a 15.0 mm drop with a counter that automatically shuts off at the conclusion of a predetermined drop number. The rapid mould lock and release technology provides for easy and quick operation.

The machine's supporting structure is intended to assure accurate dimensions, table flatness, and proper centering of the three-gang mould on the table. The motor and gearbox assembly are contained in a protective casing, which increases user safety (the moving components are inaccessible) and the gearbox's longevity.

Feed Hopper is used for filling Three Gang Molds placed on Jolting Table. Three Gang Mold, Feed Hopper and Soundproof Safety Cabinet should be ordered separately.
