Standards
High-quality single and dual-stage vacuum pumps provide the vacuum power necessary for a variety of material testing applications.
- The two-stage rotary-vane design boosts vacuum and pump performance while reducing evacuation time.
- The integrated pump body design assures dependability and ease of maintenance.
- The built-in oil pump cycling design lubricates the pump chamber and sliding bearing, ensuring proper seal.
- The anti-suckback design prevents oil from returning to the system.
- The intake filter prevents foreign matter from entering the pump chamber, while the exhaust fitting separates oil vapour from exhaust flow.
- The aluminum oil housing, trestle, and motor cover provide a strong and lightweight construction.
- The motor's thermal protection ensures the pump runs steadily and safely.
Vacuum pumps are utilized in a variety of applications, including water de-airing systems.
If water vapour is sucked by the vacuum pump and mixed with oil, forming an emulsion, it can cause major damage to the pump if it reaches a high concentration. For this reason, a suitable de-airing system, such as an air drying unit packed with silica gel (dessicator salt), is required.
Vacuum pumps can also be equipped with a vacuum gauge that includes a pin regulating valve and a bleed valve, unless a comparable gauge is not compatible with the equipment to be connected, such as a large size pyknometer. For additional information on the de-airing systems.
