The Load Ring Analogue is the primary device used in load measurement for soil mechanics testing purposes. These calibrated load rings are specially made for Marshall testing purposes and are provided with a serial number for reference. The dial gauge measures in inches and includes a calibration chart for easy conversions between lbf, kN, and deflection. Various Proving Rings are available: 2 kN (Factor < 0.2 kg/Div), 10 kN (Factor < 1 kg/Div), 30 kN (Factor < 3 kg/Div), and 50 kN (Factor < 4.5 kg/Div).

The Load Ring Analogue enables accurate readings by calibrating load capacity in pounds of force every 20 pounds up to 1,000 pounds and every 50 pounds from 1,000 to 11,000 pounds. Made from premium quality alloy steel, these load rings are designed to be strong and long-lasting. With the design of 3/4”-16 female threaded mount it becomes very easy to install for several testing configurations. Analog dial gauge is provided along with load ring, which has the accuracy up to 0-5mm.  Read the bar properly to an accuracy of 0.001 mm for the most precise results.
