Standards
The water bath is entirely double-walled stainless steel with wool insulation. Water baths are utilized in a variety of material testing analysis, with tank volume ranging from 30 to 65 liters. Water baths are specifically developed for treating asphalt Marshall Stability specimens.
The specimens are held by a shelf set apart from the bottom. Equipped with a digital thermostat and electric stirrer, this unit maintains a consistent temperature of 60 ± 1°C or 37.8 ± 1°C as per the Standards.
The bath may accommodate up to 20 Marshall specimens. They can be used in a variety of laboratory applications. The built-in variable-speed magnetic stirrer ensures optimal heat distribution and consistency, and an exterior drain valve makes it simple to empty the bath.
The water baths are fully insulated and include a perforated 14-gauge bottom support shelf which permits 2in (51mm) water above and below specimens.
